She provided valuable information on local transportation, allowing me to explore Cancun and Tulum without breaking the bank. The house itself was comfortable and located in a safe and quiet residential area. There were also convenient stores nearby, making it easy to buy food and cook. The WiFi connection was reliable, and the air conditioning was a welcome relief from the heat.
While the kitchen facilities were available, I found them to be unclean and unhygienic. There were dead lizards and cat tails left unattended for more than a day, which made me uncomfortable using the kitchen.
